Registration Fees

1. Cash payment at the conference venue (available only on Monday 3rd of July, 9 AM-12 PM, for on site payments outside this time interval please contact the registration desk: registration[at]icton2023[dot]ro. Cash payments on the territory of Romania can be operated only in LEI currency).

4. General ICTON 2023 Policies related to registration

The person presenting the work (accepted paper) at the conference must be a (co)author of the work and must be a registered conference participant. The paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to be included in the proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., remove it from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

(1) A copy of the IEEE membership card as a proof of IEEE membership and status must be sent by email

(2) A copy of student ID or index collegium (showing enrollment in current semester) as a proof of student status

The conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to the scientific sessions and exhibition
  • Scientific material of the symposium with conference bag
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Dinners
  • Gala dinner
  • Coffee breaks
  • Social events

The Accompanying Person registration fee only includes:

  • Participation in ICTON scientific sessions, and on-site conference lunch and coffee breaks

In order to make easier the organization of the event, all the participants are kindly asked to register online.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

  • The cancellation emails have to be sent to registration[at]icton2023[dot]ro.
  • 70% refunds will be made  before June 1, 2023.
  • No refunds will be made after June 1, 2023, Substitutions are also welcome at any time.
  • If you plan to send someone representing you please notify us before the deadline for the printing of the conference proceedings.
